Growth starts with awareness. In this session, we’ll challenge participants to reflect on their own perspectives and uncover the blind spots that may be limiting their impact. Through discussion and practical strategies, attendees will learn how to invite feedback, embrace different viewpoints, and foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
