The hands-on portion of the course is designed to impart a sense of muscle memory so that if your employees are faced with serious injuries at the workplace\, they will be prepared to utilize these techniques and potentially save lives. In the event of a life-threatening emergency\, you may need to act as your own first responder.\n\nProActive has designed their raining to be hands-on\, team-building\, engaging\, empowering\, and applicable to situations outside acts of violence. Nothing they do is designed to scare anyone.In fact\, their experience in law enforcement and emergency medical response has led them to believe that no Active Shooter Training class is truly effective unless those who attend can leave feeling more confident and determined in their ability to survive and act effectively during an incidence of violence than they did before they came.
