DESCRIPTION:Join the African American Advisory Committee for our March meeting on a special day and time: Friday\, March 20\, at 11:30am!\n\n\n\nOur featured speaker this month is Sparkle Rattler\, the founder and CEO of Promise Land Realty LLC. Sparkle is a multifaceted entrepreneur and real estate professional with a wealth of experiences to share.  She has built a respected expertise in servicing clients who are looking to purchase\, sell\, or invest in real estate.  Sparkle started her real estate career with her husband and business partner as professional Real Estate flippers. From there\, Sparkle quickly became an expert in all things real estate\, with credentials including being a licensed Realtor  \, Broker\, and Associate Broker with EXP Realty. Several years later\, she is now an experienced Real Estate Investor and coach\, with a specialized eye for luxury residential homes and investment properties.\n\n\n\nIf you're not familiar with this group\, it's a great resource for black entrepreneurs\, business owners and leaders\, and supporters of the black business community here in Flint & Genesee. It's an incredibly supportive group for people starting and growing businesses and/or becoming leaders in their field. Between the conversations\, coffee\, and relevant information\, it's an hour very well spent. This month\, co-chairs Luther Brown and La'Asia Johnson will help you start strong with relevant financial guidance and marketing advice that will help bring you to the next level.\n\n\n\nThese monthly AAAC gatherings are a great way to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and business leaders to identify opportunities and address common challenges among Black-owned businesses. Bring your business cards and ideas! \n\n\n\nThe AAAC supports the growth and success of Black-owned businesses in Genesee County. Business owners\, professionals\, community partners\, and supporters are welcome to participate in AAAC activities. The AAAC serves as the liaison between the region's growing African American business community and the Flint & Genesee Chamber. AAAC members partner with the Chamber to support the advancement and development of African American businesses.\n\n\n\nPlease join the AAAC the Fourth Friday of each month for informational and networking meetings. Locations vary from month-to-month to highlight different businesses and supporting partners in the area\, and a virtual option will be offered when possible.
