DESCRIPTION:Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint Partners with Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan\, Inc. for Community Connection Program\n \n \nFLINT\, MI (October 4\, 2013) – The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint will be partnering up with Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan to host a donation event at the Boys & Girls Club Averill Ave Unit.  Club Keystone members will be collection donations in the Club parking lot from 10am until 1pm.  All donations collected will be weighed and the Club will earn Goodwill vouchers based on the amount of donations collected to distribute to club families in need.  Acceptable donations include clothing\, accessories\, house wares\, books\, electronics\, furniture\, toys and exercise equipment.  Please come and drop off your unwanted items and help the Boys & Girls Club earn vouchers for families.\n\n \n\nSaturday\, October 19\, 2013\n\n                        10 a.m. – 1 p.m.\n\n                        Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint – Averill Unit\n\n                        3701 N. It costs only $10 per year for a child to become a member (assistance available)\, while the actual cost of providing service is about $350 per child. The difference is made up through grants\, foundations\, individual donors and support from corporate partners.
