Thanks to the efforts of many business\, government & community leaders united behind the plan\, we have made great gains as a state. Taxes have been reformed\, budgets have been balanced and state debt has been reduced. Jobs are on the rise and Michigan's economy is growing again. And while our growth outpaces many other states\, we can't declare victory yet\, because we're still a long way from becoming a Top Ten state.
