DESCRIPTION:Flint and Genesee County youth activity and service providers are invited to an engaging\, impactful\, and positive community event that will encourage participants to:\n\n\n	Learn more about strengths and gaps in youth activities and services\n	Build relationships with other providers and resources\n	Identify resources you possess or need for your organization\n	Plan strategically to better fill service gaps across organizations\n	Foster a culture of collaboration and unity across the county\n\n\n\n\nParticipants will :\n\n\n	Exchange contact information and schedule a follow-up meeting with at least one new potential partner\n	Collaboratively brainstorm at least one possible solution to barriers identified through data collected\n	Identify potential non-monetary resources their organizations could offer a potential partner AND they could benefit from\n	Identify an individual and/or organization to communicate follow-up engagement and meetings to interested participants beyond the Challenge By Choice event.
