In these tough economic times\, Case Managers and Social Workers are an even more vital link between patients and the community resources they need for a range of health care needs. In an effort to bring these resources together in one place McLaren's Case Management Department is holding this annual event. The public is invited to attend. So far over 24 agencies have already committed to be on hand.
