Workplaces continue to be a significant source of spread and outbreaks as Michigan battles COVID-19 throughout the state.\n\n\n\nTo further protect workers from the increased spread of COVID-19\, the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) launched a State Emphasis Program (SEP) focused on office settings that addresses the need for increased vigilance\, education\, and enforcement on remote work policies. Sean Egan\, Michigan's director of COVID-19 Workplace Safety will discuss why it is imperative that employers implement the mitigation strategies and promote remote work to alleviate potential outbreaks. Egan will also discuss how the three-week pause to save lives will affect your workplace as well as MIOSHA approved return to work strategies for 2021.\n\n\n\nEgan will engage in a one-on-one discussion with Brad Williams\, vice president of Government Relations for the Detroit Regional Chamber. Participants can submit questions during the discussion.
