DESCRIPTION:Flint and Genesee Young Professionals has teamed up with Kayak Flint for a unique August networking event!\n\nThe trip begins at Kayak Flint at Tenacity Brewing where you will park\, pick up your equipment\, and launch from the stepped landing on site. The approximately 3-mile trip takes 1-2 hours\, depending on water levels. When you land at Mitson Boulevard/Riverview Landing\, a shuttle will pick up groups of 8-10 and take them back to Tenacity. Every rental includes a boat\, paddles\, life jackets\, and a dry bag.\n\nIf bringing your own flotation\, you are responsible for your own life jacket. Everyone will have to sign a waiver and there is no alcohol on the river\, and glass items are prohibited.\n\nRegistration - 5:30 pm\n\nKayaking - 6-8 pm\n\nKayak rentals and transportation are FREE thanks for our event sponsor\, The State Bank!\n\nThe State Bank has been serving customers since 1898 and is the only bank headquartered in Genesee County!
