These critical mitigation measures include social distancing and limiting the number of people interacting at public meetings. Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order No. 2020-15 on March 18\, 2020 allowing remote participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act. For these reasons\, the Economic Development Corporation of the County of Genesee will hold this Board Meeting virtually.\n\n\n\nAny member of the public may participate in these meetings as follows:\n\nIn order to speak by telephone\, please register via email to tjoseph@flintandgenesee.org You may send your questions at that time and a participation code will be sent to you via email.\n\n\n You may also call to register the number is 810-600-1404\n\n\n\n Leave name\, spelling of name and telephone number on voicemail\;\n You will then receive a return call with a participation code and call-in number\n During the meeting your name will be called to speak during public comment\, and you will be allowed 2 minutes to speak and then the comment time will be muted.
