DESCRIPTION:You have the skills and credentials but the idea of interviewing for that job can be overwhelming. What types of questions will they ask? Will I remember the “right” things to say? Who should sit down first? Is it okay to ask for a drink of water? These and many other questions will be answered as participants are introduced to various types of Interviews\, how to prepare\, Mock Interview role playing\, presentation skills and networking.\n\nCost for the program is $10 for students (high school and college) per workshop\, and $15 for all others per workshop. Scholarships are available\, contact rhunyady@flintandgenesee.org for information.\nAbout Career Edge\nCareer Edge is a series of workshops designed to help adults prepare for the job market. Whether new to the job market\, returning to the job market or simply having trouble navigating the job market\, these workshops are designed to give participants the skills needed to get and keep a job. Workshops are offered as half-day sessions on Fridays from September through November.
