Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with a sumptuous course designed by the talented Bavarian Inn Culinary Team\, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that promises to elevate your dining experience to extraordinary heights.\n\nMENU\n\nCourse 1\n\n\n	Charred red pepper crostini with boursin cheese\, smoked paprika\, and black garlic drizzle.\n	Served with Brunn Gr ner Veltliner (Product of Austria)\n\n\n \n\nCourse 2\n\n\n	Charcoal-roasted beet and apple salad with ash goat cheese\, spring mix\, spiced walnuts\, and a black currant vinaigrette.\n	Served with Brunn Blauer Zweigelt (Product of Austria)\n\n\n \n\nCourse 3\n\n\n	Fiery Goulash with Hungarian paprika\, braised beef\, and smoked chili over soft buttered sp tzle.
