Sessions are held monthly for one year and will provide essential resources and practical knowledge to transform you and your leadership competence to increase your impact on your organization and community.\n\nLeadership NOW: Optimizing Effective Leadership is a vital resource for individuals who are committed to developing their professional skills. Potential participants include executive directors\, political leaders\, municipal employees\, board members\, nonprofit professionals and community leaders.\n\n\n\nCriteria and Qualifications:\n\n	Two years of professional experience\n	Approval of current employer\n	Attendance at one information session\n	Completion of application form\n	Must be a Genesee County resident or work with a Genesee County nonprofit\, private or public organization\n	Must commit to 90% attendance of the program\n\nIf you would like to explore this unique opportunity\, please plan to attend this Information Session.
