In this series\, Betsy Haigh\, founder of Awaken Leadership Center\, will focus on the importance of Efficacious Leadership™ – an ethos that promotes a purposeful\, proactive culture\, empowering others to discover and develop their unique skills and talents to create their own future.\n\nSession One: How We Lead Matters\n\nKnowing and understanding ourselves as leaders directly impacts how well we understand the people we lead. During this seminar\, participants will learn techniques of meaningful leadership.
