DESCRIPTION:In partnership with The Disability Network Flint\, this immersive experience will help set your organization on track to be a champion of diversity and inclusion. By covering everything from hiring practices to employee development\, these four sessions will prepare you to develop your company's culture to benefit employees at all levels. \n\n\n\nSession 2: Unconscious Bias\n\nUnconscious biases are social stereotypes that individuals form outside their own conscious awareness   and they can negatively impact your business and workplace. This training will cover how to recognize and navigate unconscious bias in yourself as well as your co-workers.
