DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING\n\nPlease take notice the I-69 International Trade Corridor\, Next Michigan Development Corporation has a scheduled meeting on August 11th \, 2020 for the following:\n\n\n\nNext Michigan Development Corporation Annual Meeting 9:00 AM\n\n\n\nIn order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19\, to protect the public health and provide essential protections to vulnerable citizens\, it is crucial that all citizens take steps to limit in-person contact. These critical mitigation measures include social distancing and limiting the number of people interacting at public meetings. Governor Gretchen Whitmer issued Executive Order No. 2020-15 on March 18\, 2020 allowing remote participation in public meetings and hearings for public bodies subject to the Open Meetings Act.\n\n\n\nFor these reasons\, the Next Michigan Development Corporation will hold these Board Meetings virtually.\n\nAny member of the public may participate in these meetings as follows:\n\nTo view Agenda and to call in visit the managing organization's website:\n\n https://www.flintandgenesee.org/\n\n In order to speak by telephone\, please register via email to tjoseph@flintandgenesee.org You may send your questions at that time and a participation code will be sent to you via email.\n\n You may also call to register the number is 810-600-1404\n\n\n\n Leave name\, spelling of name and telephone number on voicemail\;\n You will then receive a return call with a participation code and call-in number\n During the meeting your name will be called to speak during public comment\, and you will be allowed 2 minutes to speak and then the comment time will be muted. Questions or comments sent via email will be read when the registered phone calls are complete.\n\nNext Michigan Development Corporation will furnish reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals that require them upon 48 hours notice.
