SUMMARY:Non-profit Co-op Genesee County
DESCRIPTION:The Non-profit Co-op is a Shared Services initiative of the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Genesee County.  Membership of this co-op is extended to organizations within the Flint and Genesee region that have 501(c)(3) status.  Our aim is to maximize economic and community growth of our non-profits through collaborative partnerships that address the growing challenges non for profits face and to increase impact in their service delivery areas.  The co-op provides ways for local non-profits to connect & learn\, save money\, and advocate for their cause.  Through the co-op\, we're able to create an effective impact on the sector as we are stronger together.  \n\n\n\n\n\nThe next Non-Profit Co-op is scheduled for January 25th from 1-2pm  at the Flint and Genesee Chamber\, 1st Floor\, Conference Room 1 & 2. There is not a requirement that attendees are Chamber members and there is currently not a fee for those who participant.  We do plan to add the potential of a fee to the agenda for discussion\, but we are not wanting finance to be a barrier to attendance.
