DESCRIPTION:Join the Flint River Watershed Coalition and enjoy the beauty of summer with a lovely bike ride down the Flint River Trail and then cool off with a refreshing paddle on the river. This stretch is home to Bald Eagles and Osprey. This event is designed to all participants to ride their bikes\, paddle or join in on both. Pre-registration is required by August 24th by calling Jaime at (810) 767-7140 or email at jwelch@flintriver.org. Float/Paddle: Just north of the Richfield Park entrance off of Irish Road (north of Richfield Road). Cost includes guides\, shuttling\, water and snacks\, sunscreen\, bug spray and insurance. Most trips are suitable for ages 10 and up. Limited space and kayak rentals available.
