Chris Rishko currently serves as the Director of Talent Solutions at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). In this role\, he is responsible for developing and implementing systems and strategies in collaboration with partners across Michigan to deliver modernized short- and long-term talent pipeline solutions that enable employers to achieve their workforce objectives. Prior to his current role\, Chris served as Chief Executive Officer of Great Lakes Michigan Works! He oversaw the administration and delivery of numerous federal and state workforce development programs across the five-county Great Lakes Bay Region. Additionally\, Chris is a retired Air Force officer with 22 years of experience in multiple command and control weapons systems. Chris holds graduate degrees from Central Michigan University and Northwood University. He and his wife\, Sara\, live in Midland with their four children.
