Additionally\, he is a retired Air Force officer with 22 years? experience as an Air Battle Manager in multiple command and control weapons systems. \n\nRishko holds graduate degrees from Central Michigan University and Northwood University. He and his wife\, Sara\, live in Midland with their four children.
