This special 2-day festival will illuminate the works of talented and gifted local African American writers, poets, spoken word artists, dancers, singers, actors and visual artists. The program will consist of readings, performances and exhibits by this phenomenal group of women who give great substance to the legacy of the late great Maya Angelou.
