Michigan's Budget Director Chris Kolb will discuss the state's fiscal outlook as the economy prepares to reopen in phases. This discussion will provide insight on upcoming budget negotiations during a time of historic unemployment in Michigan. Kolb will engage in a one-on-one discussion with Sandy K. Baruah, president and CEO of the Detroit Regional Chamber. Participants will have the option to submit questions during the discussion.
