Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad 6140 Bray Road Flint Michigan
Go back to a time when things were a whole lot simpler. Crossroads Village is an authentic Great Lakes town from the turn of the last century, with over 34 historic structures and a thriving community. Ride the Huckleberry Railroad, take a scenic ride on the Genesee Belle, a replica of the paddlewheel riverboats that were popular during Mark Twain’s time, catch a show at the Colwell Opera House or learn a trade from one of the Village’s craftspeople. On Saturday, Girl Scouts, Kindergarten – 5th, will be working towards badges and all girls are welcome to join in with Village chores and old-fashioned games. For details, ticket information and a schedule of activities visit www.geneseecountyparks.org.
