Description
DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. The DiSC® model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. During this interactive session, participants will:
- Discover their DiSC® style using the classic DiSC® assessment tool
- Begin to understand others unique styles
- Learn how to build more effective relationships in the workplace
