$30 – FGYP Member Exclusive Early bird rate (register by May 20) $40 – General admission (June 2–July 17)
$35 – Standard Early bird rate (register by June 1)

Whether you’re just starting out or already building momentum in your career, the Level Up Micro Conference is your opportunity to invest in your growth, expand your network, and get inspired to lead with confidence.
Hosted by the Flint & Genesee Young Professionals, this fourth annual event has grown from a simple luncheon into a dynamic, half-day experience filled with insight, energy, and intentional connection. This year, we’re taking it to the streets—literally—with breakout sessions hosted in unique venues throughout downtown Flint, turning the city into your conference campus.
You’ll kick off the day with a powerful leadership panel featuring local changemakers, followed by interactive sessions focused on the skills and strategies that help young professionals level up in work and in life.
