Join us during Alzheimer’s & Brain Health Awareness Month for Capturing Memories, a powerful community event dedicated to empowering individuals 50+ to take charge of their brain health. Presented by Neurogen Biomarking, the event offers:
- FREE cognitive screening and blood biomarker testing (a $499 value)
- A Brain Health Action Plan
- Follow-up telehealth consult with a board-certified neurologist (where appropriate)
- Free food and giveaways
- A chance to bring a friend and begin your brain health journey together!
