Leadership is not about title or position, but rather your ability to influence others. This leadership development series is designed to help attendees find their influence and adopt daily leadership practices, regardless of role, title or seniority.
During this series, we'll dive deeper into Overcoming Professional Burnout. Participants will learn to identify signs and symptoms of professional and personal burnout, and walk away with coping strategies and techniques.
About our Facilitator: Gina Shuster, is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker and Therapist at Oakland Psychological Clinic in Grand Blanc. Gina’s area of specialty included grief and loss, trauma, abuse, depression and anxiety. Gina is a 2008 graduate of the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work. While completing her master’s degree program, Gina specialized in clinical work with families and also completed two certificate programs. She earned a certificate in Trauma Response and Recovery as well as one in Animal-Assisted Social Work. Gina is incredibly passionate about helping children and adults who are seeking support and guidance on their journeys. Gina works diligently to develop new and creative opportunities for people to express their emotions and develop new skills to help them thrive.
