No matter what kind of business you represent, referrals play a significant role in generating sales and spurring profitability. In this workshop series, attendees will learn how to boost their referability by developing and maintaining a strong network of professionals who can spread the message about their products and services. All sessions will be led by Tonya Acha, Owner of Referral Institute SE Michigan. Session Four: Target Market: Finding Your Starting Point In this session, attendees will answer a series of questions: Why are you in business? What do you sell? Who are your customers? How well do you compete? By learning how to clearly identify their unique target markets, they will be able to better identify the best referral partners and networking organizations to reach their business’ audiences.
