You are cordially invited to a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Mass Transportation Authority's (MTA) new Customer Service Department, located in the Transfer Center downtown. Ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for 10:00am, followed by an Open House until 11:00am.
MTA is a public transportation service that focuses on continuously improving the customer experience.
