Reasonable accommodations is a change, adjustment, or modification made to a job, workplace, or process to allow a person with a disability to perform the essential functions of their job or participate in the workplace without discrimination. In this webinar, you’ll learn what constitutes reasonable accommodations, when they are required and who is responsible for providing them, and resources to assist your business with identification and implementation. The State of Michigan’s Michigan Rehabilitation Services will also cover case studies to help participants fully understand this important element of running a business in a welcoming, inclusive, and legal way.
