Organizational Setting: The Human Resources Coordinator works with the Manager, Talent Management and with the rest of the Human Resources Office as an integrated team to provide customer service to all persons calling or visiting the HR Office. Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that the College’s Talent Management program operates effectively, meeting the needs of the College, its employees, and its managers.
