Session: The Importance of Teaming for Innovation - Thursday, October 13th

Inspired by Amy Edmondson’s Teaming to Innovate, this workshop focuses on building and developing teams that spur creativity and share knowledge and expertise by working together. Attendees will learn about the five steps of teaming, which include aiming high, teaming up, failing well, learning fast and repeating.

Bart Crawford is the CEO and Founder of Crawford Collaborative Consulting, a consulting firm that helps individuals and leaders collaborate to achieve personal and professional goals. All sessions will be led by Bart Crawford, CEO and Founder, Crawford Collaborative Consulting, and Glen Fayolle, Co-Founder of Vertex Innovation.
