Presented by Dort Federal Credit Union, several professional BBQ experts from the Flint area will participate in this annual battle. Grilling experts will be cooking and selling BBQ favorites throughout the day offering a "try it then buy it" special starting at 11 a.m. and ending when the samples run out (estimated end time of 12:30 p.m.). Samplers will be able to cast a people's choice vote for their favorite pulled pork. Contestants will be judged on their BBQ ribs by certified, celebrity and guest judges and winners will be announced at 4:30 p.m. For details visit www.flintfarmersmarket.com.
