40th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration

You are cordially invited to attend this annual community celebration at Gloria Coles Flint Public Library, centered on the theme "Mission Possible." We will have dynamic community leaders emphasizing the vital connection between caring for ourselves and community care. Matt Franklin, Emmy award winning journalist and WJRT ABC12 news anchor, will provide the keynote address. Essence Wilson of Communities First, Inc. will serve as the event's emcee. Terance Green, owner of Black Amor Yoga & Life will lead attendees in a healing moment, and local artists will bring the gift of music.
