Center for Business at Baker College of Flint Open House

Description

The public is invited to an open house for the new, multi-million-dollar Center for Business at Baker College of Flint. There will be live Internet feeds connecting the classrooms with business professionals throughout the state and other demonstrations. The Center’s design and technology support the educational focus of evaluating versus calculating data and providing ways students can build relationships with businesses so they will be more valuable to employers and able to hit the ground running at their first jobs. The Center has furniture that is mobile and is easily reconfigurable, all rooms have multiple interactive whiteboards, and iPads are standard issue for all students. Several areas are available for use by local business.
