Beating Holiday Stress with Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a useful tool that helps build awareness, increases your ability to be present and encourages compassion. In this session, attendees will also learn how to use mindfulness as a method to regulate the stress everyone experiences during this time of year. Led by Tom Hauer and Jamie Florida, Program Manager and Educator/Evaluator, respectively, of the Crim Mindfulness Program.
