Description
Go back to a time when things were a whole lot simpler. Crossroads Village is an authentic Great Lakes town from the turn of the last century, with over 34 historic structures and a thriving community. Ride the Huckleberry Railroad, take a scenic ride on the Genesee Belle, a replica of the paddlewheel riverboats that were popular during Mark Twain’s time, catch a show at the Colwell Opera House or learn a trade from one of the Village’s craftspeople. On Saturday, to encourage summer reading, CRV will celebrate “Literary Day” by bringing the 19th century book, Frankenstein, to life. Spend the day with mad scientists, doctors and more. Dress as your favorite Frankenstein character and show your library card and get one free Village admission.
