FIM Capitol Theatre is located between Harrison and Saginaw street at 140 E. 2nd St. in Flint, MI. From North or South There are a number of convenient options for you including paid valet (at most events), street parking (free after 5pm), City of Flint: Downtown Flat Lot (125 E. Kearsley St.), Rutherford Street Garage (125 W. Kearsley St.), and two U of M-Flint parking garages: 350 Harrison St. and 200-598 E. Kearsley St. Please allow at least 1/2 an hour prior to performance to park and get to your seat.
I-75 or US-23 to I-69 East to I-475 North. Take exit 7 for M-21 toward Downtown/Court St. Continue onto M-21 W/Chavez Dr. Turn left onto E Court St. Turn right onto Harrison St. Turn left at the 3rd cross street onto E 2nd St I-475 South. Take exit 7 toward M-21/Court St/Downtown. Merge onto Chavez Dr. Turn right onto E 2nd St.
From East or West
I-69W. Take exit 136 for Saginaw St toward Downtown. Turn right onto Saginaw St. Turn right onto E 2nd St.
I-69E. Take exit 136 toward Saginaw St/Downtown. Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Saginaw St. Turn right onto E 2nd St

The 2nd Annual Flint’s Got Talent Showcase shines a spotlight on young talent ages 13-25 in Flint and Genesee County, Michigan. The top 10 finalist are selected to perform at the historic Capitol Theatre in Flint, Michigan by a panel of experts in the entertainment, corporate and civic industries.
Flint's Got Talent provides youth with a healthy, positive, and public experience that reinforces their self-worth and strengthens their skills in front of and behind the camera. It's not just a competition; it's a celebration of passion, creativity, and the power of dreams.
