Description
Has work become a source of stress? Or has it become repetitive? Adding mindfulness into your work life can help you learn to be happier, to be calmer and find enjoyment at work again. In this session, learn about fostering better interactions with active listening and kind acts. Attendees will also learn how to work through difficult emotions like stress as well as techniques that encourage a mindful work environment.
Facilitator: Crim Fitness Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to improving community health in Flint and beyond through nutrition and physical activity initiatives, policy and advocacy.
