our subject matter expert from the DoW for an overview of
the SBIR/STTR Program.
The Small Business Innovation Research and Small
Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) programs
are Congressionally authorized small business setasides, established to support scientific excellence and
technological innovation.
As of April 2026, the Small Business Innovation and
Economic Security Act has officially extended the DoW
SBIR/STTR authority through September 30, 2031.
In this live presentation, guest speaker, Mr. Tylar Temple,
will share the details of the newly authorized SBIR/STTR
program.
