No matter what kind of business you represent, referrals play a significant role in generating sales and spurring profitability. In this workshop series, attendees will learn how to boost their referability by developing and maintaining a strong network of professionals who can spread the message about their products and services. All sessions will be led by Tonya Acha, Owner of Referral Institute SE Michigan. Session Three: Room Full of Referrals (Intro Course) Become a master networker by learning how to quickly recognize behavioral styles. Armed with this knowledge, you will be able to adapt your own communication style – which includes hand gestures, pace of speech, posture and eye contact – to quickly establish rapport and trust with nearly anyone.
