MENU
Course 1
Alice’s Curious Flower Salad — a whimsical garden of peppery arugula, crisp radish, tender alfalfa sprouts, sweet snap peas, and earthy dandelion root, scattered with delicate borage and viola blossoms. Lightly tossed in a fragrant wild violet vinaigrette and served alongside a warm lavender biscuit for a delightfully enchanting first bite.
Served with Black Star Farms Gewürztraminer
Course 2
White Rabbit’s Hurry-Up Soup — A velvety carrot-ginger soup bursting with warm spice and garden sweetness, finished with a swirl of cool crème fraîche. Served alongside a charming spiced mini cake.
Served with Black Star Farms Pinot Noir Blanc
Course 3
Mad Hatter’s Tea Garden Chicken — Chamomile-brined roasted chicken, tender and aromatic, crowned with a silky lemon-thyme cream sauce. Served over pistachio couscous studded with rainbow carrots and finished with playful swirls of vegetable purée.
Served with Black Star Farms Merlot
Course 4
Queen’s Ruby Filet — A regal beef tenderloin, perfectly seared and bathed in a luscious red wine–black cherry reduction. Served with roasted baby beets and golden heart potatoes, this majestic plate rules the table with elegance and bold flavor.
Served with Black Star Farms Cabernet Franc
Course 5
Cheshire Cat’s Invisible Cake – A delightfully mysterious confection that seems to vanish with every bite. Light, delicate layers melt into a subtly sweet, custard- like texture. Round out a purrfectly curious evening with this disappearing finale.
Served with Black Star Farms Late Harvest Riesling
