The Exhibits and Building Intern plays a vital role in maintaining and supporting the operational aspects of the Flint Children’s Museum. This position works closely with the Exhibits & Facilities Manager to ensure that the museum’s exhibits and building are safe, clean, functional, and engaging for all visitors. The Exhibits and Building Intern will assist in the setup and maintenance of exhibits, help with repairs, and contribute to the daily maintenance and cleanliness of museum spaces, providing a welcoming and safe environment for children and families. In addition to technical skills, creativity and attention to detail are important for ensuring high-quality exhibits that engage visitors and maintain a safe environment.
