Custodial Worker

 
To provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.  Assist in training of Mission Services consumers in this field.   
 
Day to Day job Responsibilities Include:
Safely operates power equipment for grounds and custodial maintenance.
Keep all equipment in good condition.
Keep all aspects of the buildings, offices and equipment clean and all trash removed as needed.
Keep all aisles free and clear of hazards.
Properly train employee/consumers on equipment and safety practices as directed by the Supervisor/Lead Worker. 

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous heavy floor experience highly required. Buffers – Burnisher - Waxer
This is a physical job requiring good mobility, and the ability to stand and walk, climb, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid Michigan Driver License required for regional travel to the 16 stores throughout Mid Michigan area in work vehicle.
Ability to pass a drug/alcohol test.
