Director of Finance and Adminstration

Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Proficiency in accounting (Financial Edge through Blackbaud) and payroll (ADP)
  software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education and/or Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit processes, fund accounting, and compliance
  requirements.
• Experience with non-profits preferred, but not required.
