Care Monitor (LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
Taylor Life Center (TLC) is looking for a dedicated LMSW, LPC, or LMFT licensed in Michigan to join our office in Clinton Township. If you’re ready to lead, supervise, and support a team of clinicians and case managers, this role could be your next move.
What you’ll do:

Provide clinical and operational supervision for case managers, therapists, and other assigned staff

Interview and help onboard clinical and administrative personnel

Set and communicate performance standards, and guide personnel through evaluations, transfers, or disciplinary processes

Design and deliver training on policies, procedures, and regulations
-
Work closely with HR to keep staff up to date on required trainings and credentialing paperwork

Coordinate administrative activities to ensure productivity and compliance with clinician unit authorizations
-
Participate in meetings with personnel, monitoring teams, community partners, and payers
-
Monitor treatment plans, goals, and therapy contract compliance
-
Take part in Quality Improvement initiatives

Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Handle other duties as assigned
What you need:
-
At least 18 years old with a valid Michigan driver’s license
-
Pass all required regulatory checks
-
Master’s degree minimum
-
Current Michigan license as LMSW, LPC, or LMFT
-
Up-to-date credentialing and training for privileges and insurance requirements
-
Ability to recognize diagnoses based on DSM-5 and symptomatology
